Terms and Conditions

What you can expect from me

I am a UK based Arts Counsellor practitioner governed by English and Welsh Law.

I will be prompt for Q & A sessions and respond in a timely way to all communications – within 3 working days.

Confidentiality

I agree not to disclose any information shared during sessions to a third party, including organisations unless explicitly agreed otherwise or where there is a risk to yourself or others of a safeguarding nature

As part of my professional standards, from time to time I may need to share and discuss some of the information in the Q & A sessions with a qualified supervisor, always under a strict confidential and professional framework. This keeps all parties safe.

Please be aware that Q & A sessions are recorded and sent only to participants in the Grieve with Gusto Program. It will be up to you what you share.

If you decide to become a private 1:1 client your identity is kept anonymous. This is to make sure you are getting the best care I can offer.

What I expect of you

The Grieve with Gusto program will delve into emotions of loss.

On buying this program you accept responsibility for your emotional and mental well-being.

Go gently.

Seek support or professional care, when you need too, either by reaching out to me or another mental health professional in your area.

By paying for the program you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
